December 4, 2021 from 10 AM to 1:15 PM
About this Course
This course will present an ancient personality assessment and typology tool called the Enneagram for basic understanding and clinical use. Learners will be exposed to the basic structure, triads, types, subtypes, and movements of progression and regression that make the Enneagram such a complex and useful diagram for self-and other-awareness and understanding.
Attendees will learn a brief history of the Enneagram in the world and the USA, theories of identification of type, and a basic use for assessing starting places and growth trajectories of each type.
Each triad (head, heart and gut) and type (One through Nine) have different needs, motivations, gifts, fixations, obstacles and ways of seeing and functioning in the world. This tool can be seen as extraordinarily useful in clinical and personal relating, for self awareness and understanding essential psychic organizational differences in people.
