It’s important for people to understand what’s going on in their inner life. Spiritual practice and psychoanalysis have much to offer in the development of inner understanding. The treatment of addiction can be scary to practitioners. Talking about addiction is the first step towards the demystification of this challenge.

  • Clarify principals of developmental challenge that can lead to addiction.
  • Show how our thinking self (ego) restricts our actions.
